Creative Alliance Apprenticeship Offers
What we do:
Creative Alliance has been delivering Creative Apprenticeships since 2009 and is the biggest provider of Creative Apprenticeships in the West Midlands. In this time, Creative Alliance has worked with over 40 Creative and Cultural Employers across the region, from large scale cultural organisations to micro creative enterprises starting out their business.
Forming strong employer partnerships have been, and will remain key to the success of Creative Alliance’s Creative Apprenticeship programme. These employer partnerships allow the scheme to remain truly relevant to employers through involving them in the delivery and development of the programme.

Community Arts Administration & Community Arts Management
Arts Development Officers/Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Outreach Workers, Youth Work, Fundraising Assistant, Community Artist, Education Assistant, Contracts Assistant.
Live Events and Promotion
Performers, Directors Assistants, Assistant Stage Manager, Production Assistant, Technical Assistant, Wardrobe, Props, Licensing/Contracts.
Cultural Heritage and Venue Operations
Front of House Staff, Administration, Attendant, Gallery Staff, Warden, Visitors Service Staff, Guide Demonstrators, Sales Staff, School Liaison Staff.
Certificate in Creative and Digital Media
Photographic Assistant, Digital Studio Assistant, Film Production Assistant, Editing Assistant, Camera Assistant, Web Content Writer, App Designer, Broadcast Assistant, Audio Technician, Digital Animator.
Design Support
Junior Graphic Designer, Interior Designer, Furniture Designer, Product Designer.
NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration

Music Business

Creative Alliance can help you find the right apprentice for your organisation. We can help you:
- Write a tailored job description;
- Advertise the post;
- Carry out the interviews;
- Select the best candidate for you.
We will provide ongoing support to you and your Apprentice throughout their qualification. This support is provided by an assessor who is an expert in the field. Creative Alliance can also provide ongoing support in personal matters and procedures.
Success rates:
88% of those who started a Creative Apprenticeships with Creative Alliance were successful in 2010-11. This compares to a national average success rate of 74%. We are committed to helping you and your apprentice succeed.
