Quotes:

“Creative Alliance helped Streetprint to employ three apprentices. They made the whole process very straightforward, ensured that we selected the correct clients and provide us with peace of mind knowing that they are only a phone call away for any ongoing support we need. All in all an excellent service from a great organisation, with whom I look forward to working with for a long time to come.”

Simon McCarroll, Streetprint

“Having our two creative apprentices, have helped the team immensely and I would highly  recommend the FJF Apprenticeship scheme to other small businesses. I see the two of them becoming a full time part of our business when the scheme is complete.”

Julia Higginbottom, Aquila TV

“Grand Union has blossomed as an organisation through the hard work of our Creative Apprentice. It has been a great experience to equip our apprentice with new skills and also benefit from all the things that they learn at Creative Alliance.”

Lauren Davies, Grand Union

“The Creative Apprentice Scheme has been a great success for Thinktank and we are very grateful for the support from Creative Alliance to help us take part. We’re pleased to have been one of the first museums involved in the scheme and would definitely recommend the programme to other organisations.

In fact, in October 2010, three of the Thinktank team, including our first creative apprentice Jen, spoke at the Museums Association Conference in Manchester. Jen gave a short presentation and then helped to facilitate the workshop session. She spoke about how she had benefited from the apprenticeship and also gave information on how other museums can gain from similar schemes.”

Catherine Price, Thinktank

“What’s great about our apprentice is that he’s really learnt and developed throughout his time with us. He understands the workplace, has a great attitude and is a genuine central pin in helping the whole organisation work as a team. For us it’s like having a breath of fresh air because he brings new objective perspectives to everything, there’ no preconceived ideas of what has to happen.”

Zoe Renillson, The New Art Gallery Walsall

“An apprentice through Creative Alliance has been invaluable to us, allowing us to train up someone who has both brought in revenue to the Company as well as developed our connections and collaborations, by really taking control of her own role within the Company. It has provided this for our Company without putting any further financial strain that is normally involved with an additional member of staff, whilst providing the support needed for the Apprentice so get the most out of their role.”

Kim Charnock, Rogue Play Theatre
