The New Year saw 50+ young people from across the West Midlands come through CA door's to find out more about our 8 week youth led project. Our new mediabox supported project sprang into action last Thursday, with the young people taking part in a series of mini workshops for a taster of what was on offer to them if they decided to sign up.
Studio photography, advertising moodboarding and a quick fix of the basics of illustrator were all on the menu. The opendays went smoothly with a impressive amount of quality work taking place amongst the groups, many of whom had never met each other before.
Young people will be with CA for the next 8 weeks making, creating, deciding and leading the way in designing inspiring advertising campaigns set for launch in Birmingham City Centre. The Billboard campaign will be complimented by a catalogue of work and exhibition at 'The Gallery' at the end of February 2009.
