Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You’ll finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
1) Portfolio of work: As part of the end point assessment the learner will need to develop a portfolio of marketing activity over the course of the 15 month training period.
2) Knowledge Test: This is a 60 minute multiple choice test that will cover the knowledge gained over the duration of the apprenticeship.
3) Portfolio based Interview: The apprentice will take part in an interview to discuss their portfolio and the knowledge skills and behaviours they have acquired over the course of their apprenticeship.
4) Project presentation: The learner will need to create a presentation around a business improvement process and present this to the assessor. This will be followed by an in-depth Q&A session.
