Multi-Channel Marketer

As part of the Marketing team, the Multi-Channel Marketers will contribute to the planning and implementation of the Marketing campaigns.

They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of a company or agency.

Marketing is an ever-evolving and thriving industry. This apprenticeship provides a comprehensive range of marketing skills and experiences, from creating Instagram advertising campaigns to email marketing.

Introductory Projects

Project 1: Understanding your organisation – Research and describe the company that you work for, the structure, goals and how your marketing activity will support this.

Project 2: Marketing Theories – Explain the different marketing theories and where you have applied these in your role using real examples.

Project 3: Key Legislation – Research key legislation and explain why this is relevant within your role. You must find real examples of where this has applied within your daily tasks or projects you have completed so far.

Project 4: Customer Service – Research, understand and outline the customer journey, customer personas and how you segment and adapt your communication accordingly.

Campaign Projects

Campaign One & Two – This campaign must span across a minimum of three marketing channels – this can be online or offline marketing. You will evidence your marketing campaign research, planning, Implementation and Analysis to accurately measure the performance of your activity.

Campaign Three – This campaign is to form your mock project report and must span across three marketing channels –this can be online or offline marketing. You will create a written report to evidence your marketing campaign research, planning, Implementation and Analysis to accurately measure the performance of your activity.

End point Assessment

For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end-point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning. There are three sessions which are completed over 5 months. There is a final 12-week project to produce a written report.
