End point Assessment
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You’ll finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
1) Knowledge Test: This is a 60 minute multiple choice test that will cover the knowledge gained over the duration of the apprenticeship.
2) Competency based Interview: The apprentice will take part in an interview to discuss their portfolio and the knowledge skills and behaviours they have acquired over the course of their apprenticeship.
3) Portfolio of work: As part of the end point assessment the learner will need to develop a portfolio of your team leadership over the course of the 15 month training period.
4) Professional discussion: The learner will need to discuss their role as a Team Leader with the end point assessor and discuss their knowledge, skills and behaviours in relation to their role.
