Birmingham Design Festival is a fantastic opportunity for creatives to gain insight into the ever-changing industry, and be inspired by many others alike. This year, we have the privilege to be a supporter of the festival and we can’t wait to see what it delivers.

What is Birmingham Design Festival?

Birmingham Design Festival is an annual event, celebrating design from all over the world! You have the chance to network with creatives and get advice from some of the biggest designers in the industry.

The festival last year was based on Colour. Due to Covid-19, it was broadcast online, however, over 400 people watched the events live and on-demand, with multiple nights of talks from celebrated designers. 

When is it?

This year the festival consists of a combination of talks, workshops, and exhibitions across three days from 9th – 11th June 2022. There are Graphic, Digital, and Product design sectors for all to enjoy, as well as Illustration too. All events will be held across Birmingham with access available to everyone. This year the theme for the festival is ‘Freedom’, featuring more than 60 speakers across Birmingham City Centre.   

Whether you want to listen to inspirational speeches by industry professionals, network with other creatives like you, or just want to check out the latest trends, Birmingham Design Festival is the place to be.
