Dear learners, employers and colleagues

Creative Alliance will be using our range of online classroom tools to complete training, mentoring and assignment support and to enable learners to access training and coaching whether they are working from home or in the office.

We are not expecting learners to have to come to visit us in our learning center in Birmingham from Monday 16^th March until Friday 3^rd April as our Development Coaches will use virtual classroom and online tools to deliver planned training such as seminars and 121 meetings. The timetable will continue as usual.

For any learners or employers attending a session or meeting with your development coach in the next few weeks, we’ll be in touch with you on Monday or Tuesday to discuss your individual plan. If you are working from home next week then you can log into platform and engage with the seminar or 1:2:1 using the information the Development Coach will send you beforehand.

Some employers may have moved to staff working from home as much as possible, so the online training support will ensure your apprentices can make progress.

For those apprentices with End Point Assessments occurring in the next three weeks, these will continue as planned as these particular assessments can all be done remotely.

This step will mean there should be no need for any learner to have a break in learning. The learning will continue, just in an alternative delivery format for the time being.

We’ll be putting in some additional contact time via skype to ensure you are kept informed as we adapt our delivery format for the next few weeks.
