Creative Alliance, the highly successful and pioneering Independent Training Provider and specialist in Creative, Digital and Marketing Apprenticeships, seeks a General Manager to join our small, dynamic and highly effective team.

We’ve created the role because we now need someone experienced to work with us ACROSS all aspects of the company: the apprenticeship programme; projects; finance & general day to day company business.

The General Manager will be an integral part of the team. The role will suit someone who is calm, organised, loves detail, enjoys being part of everything in a small company and will take full responsibility for the work they are leading on.  In a small team, there are times when what you thought you were going to work on won’t happen because something else crops up that needs that day’s attention. If you enjoy that sort of managed flexibility, you’ll enjoy working with us.

Salary:                  £28k – 30k / annum initial 12-month fixed term contract
