A lot of people coming into the marketplace we’re not as skilled as I would like them to have been. I realised that with an apprenticeship would be ideal as they could get training on the job. This would allow them to be taught the ARK way of learning
As a non-levy employer 100% of the funding for the training is funded by the government for learners who are 16-18 at the start of the apprenticeship. If the apprentice is 19 at the start of the apprenticeship 95% of the funded is paid by the UK government. For example: Digital Marketer has a training value of £11,000 so that’s £10,450 to £11,000 of free training for your business.
