The principles of how we work are built on over 15 years of first-hand experience of how to get it right for the employer and the apprentice.
With an apprenticeship you learn probably ten times faster than on any other kind of learning. It’s really great that I’ve been able to find something where I can learn on the job with experienced professionals and also gain a qualification.
