Main responsibilities

You'll be part of a growing team, and as such, you'll have the opportunity to be an integral part of meeting our client's needs.

In addition to building long-standing relationships with our clients, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your research skill to identifying new, exciting creative ways to promote our client's products and services; write and proofread creative copy; work with our design and digital teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; and help maintaining various websites and social media channels. As Account Executive, you will support our Account Managers in devising and creating integrated digital strategies for new and existing clients across various marketing channels (websites, social media and email). 


This opportunity is funded through DWP applicants, therefore, must be in receipt of universal credit. Must be age 16 -24 years.

Skills required:

Marketing graduate/CIM qualified Competent with Microsoft Office Suite inc Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT Well organised and adaptable Analytical skills Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) Creative writing skills Excellent attention to detail Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify and Squarespace websites Experience with managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns

Training to be provided:

Creative Alliance will provide the Kickstart Placement with a mentor to provide ongoing support to effectively integrate them into the culture of the company and help them understand the professional standards we work to.

They will receive external employability support from Creative Alliance who will help them produce a new CV and portfolio so they can compete for marketing positions after their six months on the Kickstart scheme. Once we have appointed our Placement we will look at which of the Digital Skills for Business courses (coding & web design; digital content production; design; digital marketing) best meets their development needs and they will attend that level 3 certified 60 hour tutor lead course provided by Creative Alliance.
