Global Venues are looking for Administration and customer apprentice to work in their office and help with the running of the company. This will mean helping set staff schedules, sorting out invoices and payments, timesheets and responding to communications.
Main Responsibilities will be the following:
- Working on Rota’s
- Sorting Bar Paperwork Pre Shift/collating Post Shift
- Arranging Contracts for New Starters, plus Contractor Agreements/Contracts
- Compliance
- Updating Timesheets
- Updating Staff Files with appropriate docs
- Checking and responding to emails on – info@ lostproperty@
- Training Staff, Recruiting and Training Staff to upsell products
- Organising deliveries and collections for Venues e.g Glass Collection for Gas St, Sanitary Collections etc
- Ensuring all Paperwork, Signage and Notices are correctly displayed in Venues
We are a small team and looking to build strength for the future. This is a job where you maybe asked to attend late nights (being a late night venue) and attend events. This has to be someone who is confident, organised and ready to develop their career
Requirements:
Maths and English GCSE or Level 2 equivalent – GradeC/4 or above

Business Administration Level 3 Standard
