We therefore require a hardworking individual in Videography / Editing and Photography to join the current team to take on this vital role. We’re based in the centre of Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and creative individual to start to build their career in corporate video and content production.

You main responsibility will be to produce video content, working with the close-knit team to film, edit and create video and image content for the company as well as predominantly, the personal branding of the Director. Up to 3 days to be spent filming each week with the remainder allocated to editing of the video footage and extracting audio for use elsewhere in podcasting and other relevant platforms.

It’s a 15 Month Role for 30 Hours Per Week (5 days per week) paid at £6.00 per hour.

Other responsibilities are the following:

  • Social media posting.
  • Online feedback tracking.
  • Taking and Editing Photos
  • Updating Website
  • Formulating new ideas and executing content

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English Maths and IT are preferable

Skills required:


  • Must be passionate about Video Production and actively willing to learn and improve.
  • MUST BE EXTREMELY RELIABLE. Should be able to show up on time without incidents.
  • Must be willing to work with us to help grow the business and personal brand of the Director by taking charge of the role.
  • Must have a demonstrable track record of producing video content, a portfolio will be needed presented on application through email. The more varied the better

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for taking and for editing videos with computer software and editing facilities.
  • To be able to create images/videos for our products/company to promote them on social media, our website and at events.
  • To be creative and understand the best way to showcase a product.
  • MUST HAVE skills in chosen video editing software.
  • Must be good with feedback and make changes to videos quickly upon request.
Training to be provided:

Junior Content Producer Level 3 Standard

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
