Working week: Contracted hours to be discussed, between 30-40 hours per week. Times between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, salary will be pro-rated depending on contracted hours. We don't want applicants to be excluded based on required hours.
Description:

As an Apprentice Marketer you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, supporting our online presence, content creation, and engagement strategies.  This role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing while working closely with our marketing coordinator.

1. Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms. 

    (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) based on relevant industry topics, company news, and promotional campaigns. 

  •  Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.

2. Content Creation:

  • Research and write engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other content related to our products and services.
  •  Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and values.

3. Design and Distribution: ·

  • Design a monthly guide for distribution to our LinkedIn followers, showcasing industry insights and valuable content. ·
  • Create a monthly newsletter showcasing company updates and relevant engaging content. ·
  • Utilise Canva or other design tools to create visually appealing graphics and materials.

4. Research: ·

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify content opportunities and marketing strategies. 
  • Conduct market research to help refine our target audience and messaging.

5. Administrative Tasks: ·

  • Utilise Office 365 tools for various administrative tasks, including document creation, data analysis, and email communication.

Skills Required:

– Strong writing skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.

Training to be provided:

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.

Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:
