Salary: £ 137.6 per week
Working week: Monday-Friday

Working within the marketing team, general duties include:

– Develop and create content

– Utilise multiple media channels including digital, social media, broadcast and print

– Develop media messaging to maximise audience engagement

– Capture the strategy of our brand and the needs of our customer base. 

– Create advertising and marketing campaigns 

The candidate will be given internal support and on-the-job training and guidance.


Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English, Maths and IT and Art are preferable

Skills required:

Have a genuine interest and knowledge of social media,

Marketing materials and be enthusiastic about driving ideas

Forward that will increase the Mitchell arts centres presence


Have good written and spoken communication abilities, be well organised and pay high attention to detail

  • Being able to work alone and within a small team
  • Have multi-tasking skills, be able to manage co-ordinating many different tasks
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in office docs.
  • Time management skills, able to work to deadlines
  • Flexible, creative and have creative flair

Level 3 Junior Content Producer Standard

  • Knowledge and proficient user of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok) proficiency desired
