Our Core Values

Customers First

  • Our customers are the blood line of our business. It’s important to us to WOW our customers at every opportunity. To make things as painless and outstanding as possible. To create a culture that allows our team to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Be Entrepreneurial and Bold

  • The day we stop trying to innovate, to improve and make things better is the day we should consider retiring. No idea is a stupid idea. Let’s together embrace change and feel empowered to make a difference.

Partnerships for Life

  • A customer is not just a customer. A supplier is not just a supplier. A staff member is not just a staff member. All of these create a talent pool that should be nurtured. Every touch point we have with a person and business should be seen as a partnership for life.

Be Transparent and Dream Big

  • It’s important for us all to share our successes and failures. Together we’re a strong team that can help one another grow personally and help Thread A Pixel become a market leader. Don’t be afraid to think big and help one another achieve, staff, customers and suppliers.

Let’s Not Forget, It’s Good To Talk

  • Be personable and don’t forget the good old days. Let’s make the effort to speak with our customers, suppliers and each other. An email is a great way to communicate, but nothing beats a good oldfashioned call or even better a face-to-face chat over a cuppa.
