We do all kinds of products from small in quantity to large in size and offer a number of additional services you wouldn’t think we do, such as digital signage, graphic installation, online procurement and management
The main duties involved with this apprenticeship include
- Using our bespoke Management Information System, which the successful candidate will be fully trained on.
- Organising company supplies and ordering when required.
- Support managers in the general admin area.
- Supporting the accounts team with general filing and admin duties.
- Getting quotes for couriers, booking Couriers/carriers and obtaining POD’s for the client.
- Liaising with Sales and Production Director to arrange temporary staff. Keeping records of time sheets for staff.
- Generating weekly/monthly financial reports
Admin duties will include:
- Receiving client stock call-off orders and processing them on our procurement website
- Entering client stock call-off orders onto our procurement website
- Discussing work order requirements with colleagues
- Trafficking work orders throughout the business
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting in to the Sales Team when low and need replenishing
- Creating and delivering Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Discussing purchase order requirements with colleagues
- Dependent on aptitude, progressing to direct liaison with clients and suppliers
- Dependent on aptitude, progressing to creating and delivering client Estimates and Order Acknowledgements
Requirements:
A grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English will be required

Business Administration Level 3 Standard
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
