We are now seeking a Business Administration apprentice to join our team in Birmingham.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  •  Post booking customer support, able to take incoming phone calls, confident phone manner
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good systems knowledge, training on our internal holiday management system.
  • Customer booking updating on our system
  • Excel knowledge
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Warm personality able to speak to older clients 
Requirements:

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English Maths and IT are essential

  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms
