The Business Administration Apprentice will assist in the delivery of excellent client experiences while contributing to high levels of customer service. You will work alongside our Project Co-ordinators to implement project goals. You will oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution. You will be required to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution and work in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and SAP.

General day to day duties will include:

  • Assisting the Co-ordinators with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals. This will include checking stock, raising purchase orders and checking on deliveries, booking goods in and reporting returns of damaged or unwanted goods.
  • Coordinate with project manager and other leads during project execution. This will include preparation of the project and paperwork for packing and loading, fielding calls from site staff if required and sourcing additional items for the project.
  • Supporting the workloads of our design team
  • Managing emails proficiently
  • Communicating messages to colleagues
  • Inputting data and formulating excel spreadsheets
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound enquires via phone and email
  • General office duties

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English Maths and IT are preferable

This opportunity will see the successful candidate achieve a Level 3 apprenticeship within Business Administration. Thereafter, there is scope for a full-time position and continuous training.
