Customer Service / Account Executive
To provide customer support in all forms, from answering customer enquiries on the phone, email and social media, through to following up on demos and working closely with the marketing team on projects.
To act as a first point of contact for customers, prospect enquiries and sales follow up activities.
With support, you will develop effective processes and responses that will instil excellence throughout our customer journey.
This opportunity is funded through DWP applicants, therefore, must be in receipt of universal credit. Must be age 16 -24 years.
Technical skills required: Good IT literacy – skills with spreadsheets, WordPress are valued Experience in using Zoom Phone based customer service – desirable Editing skills for digital content on social media
Training to be provided:
Creative Alliance will provide the Kickstart Placement with a mentor to provide ongoing support to effectively integrate them into the culture of the company and help them understand the professional standards we work to.
They will receive external employability support from Creative Alliance who will help them produce a new CV and portfolio so they can compete for marketing positions after their six months on the Kickstart scheme.
