We are looking for a young, creative and ambitious customer service apprentice. You will be coming into the company from the ground up with real scope to expand your role once the apprenticeship has finished.. You will be trained on the job as well as receiving award winning training from Creative Alliance.  

Job Role:

  • Customer Service by monitoring daily the customer service email system, responding to customer questions and problems, using your knowledge of the mailing system and stock status to respond.
  • Dealing with complaints on our help desk, enquiries and making sure you solve cases for customers.
  • Assisting in quality control, sorting and storing of stock deliveries.
  • Working with the team to monitor and record stock numbers regularly.
  • Working with the distribution team and system to fulfil orders.
  • Managing returns, exchanges, advising on refunds depending on stock availability.

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English Maths and IT are preferable

  • Comfortable with digital systems and dealing with customers online
