Digital Marketing and Projects Assistant.
Supporting all colleagues with basic administrative duties such filing, typing, budget updates as required.
Adhere to company processes, policies and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices around social distancing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant funding conditions and reporting requirements.
Act as a point of contact for external enquiries and communication.
Work in a way which celebrates diversity in practice, programmes and projects and encourages best practice.
Act as a positive advocate of the company at all times.
Ensure that safeguarding and health & safety policies are observed and positively implemented.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as agreed and required with your line manager.
You need to be 18-25 years old and on Universal Credit.
Basic Electronic skills
Basic AV skills in digital video camera and editing production.
Work experience or volunteering in any discipline is welcome but not expected.
Work experience or volunteering of any sort, within the creative industry is desirable but not essential.
Skills in creative software such as Adobe CCS.
Bilingual skills in any language are welcome but not expected.
Basic making skills – carpentry, craft and building structures.
Problem solving skills and initiative
Creativity and a willingness to contribute ideas
Good organisation skills suitable for supporting LR’s equipment loan systems
Good communication skills – written and verbal
Computer literate – Google Docs, Sheets or MS Office, XCEL.
Training to be provided:
All kickstarts have training included as part of the programme. This will be employability skills programmes and training for the role.
