Internal Sales and Marketing Apprentice

Hours per week: 37.5
Salary: £ 206.25 per week
Working week: Monday - Friday

Due to sustained growth we are creating new office based roles in key operational areas of the business to sustain and fuel further growth. As an apprentice with Silvaman Group you will undertake a varied role within the business covering functions across sales, marketing, operations and finance, you will want to become a key team member in delivering our plans for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Undertaking detailed research of prospective clients by market sector and formulating effective plans to target them
  • Liaise with our external telemarketing provider to manage and implement offline activities
  • Provide back office & admin support to external telemarketing provider and CRM management
  • Oversee digital marketing streams, create campaigns, implement and measure effectiveness
  • Review and update contact lists to ensure marketing campaigns are targeting correct targets
  • Use Linkedin Sales Navigator to gather intelligence and enhance brand awareness on the platform
  • Create new ongoing offline marketing campaigns, managing costs and programme

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English Maths and IT are preferable

  • Confidence to deliver ideas and present to the management team internally
  • A desire to excel in a sales and marketing role and a general interest in business operations
  • Proficient in using IT with experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Have a creative mindset with an interest in construction and retail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
Training to be provided:

Digital Marketer Level 3 Standard

We are looking for the right person – There is scope for an increase of wage throughout the apprenticeship – we would also consider people of a higher skill base to apply and look at Level 4 candidates. We want someone to grow in the business so there is a full time position beyond the apprenticeship.
