The successful candidate will work with the CEO to boldly channel our communications using their creative graphic design ability to create and bring to life our social media platforms (FB, Insta, including our website, newsletters, advertisements and success stories) with our ongoing achievements and opportunities. This will involve disrupting our online audience with visuals, editing and graphics that showcase our marketing campaigns so that our impact and message is clear. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to and informing towards our on-going marketing strategy.   

 

The successful candidate will be adept and on all the social media platforms we use and will be  confident to use their innovative skills to edit content while ensuring our messaging aligns well and adheres to our brand values. They will be creating, editing content (videos and photos) and posting on our social platforms (as above), ensuring content aligns with our marketing strategy 

& creating and managing annual ‘posting’ planner.

Requirements:

You need to be 18-25 years old and on Universal Credit.

Skills required:

The successful candidate will need to be media and tech savvy and be a creative, innovator and a disrupter 

They will be familiar with social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 

They must have the ability to manage own time and use own initiative to complete tasks and have excellent organisational skills. We also need them to have very good communications skills. 

The successful person will have positive can-do attitude and be resilient, bold and creative. As a community interest company, they must have a passion for helping those who are disengaged and understand the connection between self-empowerment and a better life. 

Training to be provided:

All kickstarts have training included as part of the programme. This will be employability skills programmes and training for the role.
