Duties will include but are not limited to: digital filing, organizing online training logistics, supporting the director with emails and marketing, keeping our social channels up to date on a weekly basis, researching our clients, filming our delegates on training days, processing audio and visual recorded material (full training will be given), keeping our client database up to date, supporting our social media, supporting with office duties, working with MD on his projects, working with us on marketing the business and helping us in a variety of duties including logistics
This opportunity is funded through DWP so applicants, therefore, must be in receipt of Universal Credit.
Technical ability. We are not looking for advanced filming skills but you need to understand your way around a variety of Office 365 programmes, be quick to learn about technical issues such as filming and SD cards and have an interest in social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills – it’s our business after all! We need you to be positive, analytical but most of all be able to benefit from your desire to learn from those around you through engaging and measurable development.
Initiative – we’re very busy so need you to be a self starter but we will support you all the way offering full training.
