Eloquent Dance is a multi-award-winning dance company and community organisation who have been acknowledged for their excellence by achieving the Queen’s Award For Voluntary Services In June 2022. We are looking for a social media content creator apprentice to join our team and bring innovative ideas and expression to set our social media on fire!
As a social media content creator apprentice, you'll help manage and deliver the organisation's online presence by building creative and exciting content about our fantastic work we do in Dance.
You'll run campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, reporting and learning about analytics, communicating with our online community and engaging with influencers to help build our brand.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- design and deliver creative and engaging social media content
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, using tools such as Hootsuite and Asana.
- develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
- form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
- monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- undertake audience research, identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns and optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
- analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
- set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty
- regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).

Working Hours – As we are a dance company – you need to have a flexible approach to your 30 hours – Here is an example work week:
Hours: 30+ Flexible working hours
Example working week:
Monday – 12.00 – 21.00
Tuesday – WFH – 4 hours
Wednesday – 12.00 – 21.00
Thursday – OFF
Friday – OFF
Saturday – 10.00 – 18.00
Requirements:
Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above.
You need to put a portfolio of examples of content work you have created. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example.

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression.
