Trainee Sales & Lettings Agent


The candidate will need to be able to negotiate with house sales and lettings to achieve set targets in line with the company business plan. The candidate position is in the office.

To assist with recording information relating to properties for marketing purposes (post valuation).

To liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors, and all other parties involved in the house buying/selling process as and when required.

To match applicants to relevant properties on our register for the sale and rental properties and to organise, co-ordinating and then completing viewings for applicants.

Help and assist with traveling to properties to conducting viewings.

Negotiating the sales and lettings of properties.

Ensure that all management information is reported to the branch manager/team leader with agreed timescales.

Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations, and company policies.

To actively promote all available services offered by the company.

Record all information on a computer-based system.


This opportunity is funded through DWP applicants, therefore, must be in receipt of universal credit. Must be age 16 -24 years.

Skills required:

Communication skills as you’ll need to talk with customers and other team members Candidates should be pro-active, enjoy working independently & as part of a wider team. Have good attention to detail and to understand and respond to client requirements. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Image Editing skills to crop, resize, and repurpose digital content for social media. Producing reports, brochures, promotional information, and other written material.

Training to be provided:

Creative Alliance will provide the Kickstart Placement with a mentor to provide ongoing support to effectively integrate them into the culture of the company and help them understand the professional standards we work to. They will receive external employability support from Creative Alliance who will help them produce a new CV and portfolio so they can compete for marketing positions after their six months on the Kickstart scheme. Once we have appointed our Placement we will look at which of the Digital Skills for Business courses (coding & web design; digital content production; design; digital marketing) best meets their development needs and they will attend that level 3 certified 60 hour tutor lead course provided by Creative Alliance.
