Pleased To Meet You – Part One: What We Do

What we have to say formally is this: We’re an independent learning provider specialising in the creative & cultural industries. What we do is enable talented young people to get in creative, digital and marketing roles.

We do this through providing:

Careers education,

Apprenticeships & Traineeships,

Business support for those wanting to set up their own creative enterprise.

We enable talented young people to start their careers in the creative industries.

In reality what this means is that we’re a bit like a college. We provide the opportunity for young people to get qualifications like BTECs and NVQs. The difference is that with us, young people learn for these qualification by working full time with employers in the workplace.

We help young people like Ryan, who’s become a developer with Bareface; Adam, who started his career in Communications with Superdream; James, who was promoted after his first year working Front of House with The RSC; and Victoria, who completed her apprenticeship with Ikon Gallery before moving onto the V&A programming and learning team. We’ve got a couple of hundred of such examples.

If you’re interested in finding out how to get your foot in the door with our creative apprenticeships then take a look at what vacancies we have available. As well as our site you can also search

If you get through the first application stage we’ll want to meet you. We’ll give you advice about how you can improve your application and how to perform really well at interview.

Even if you’re not quite ready for our creative apprenticeships, you can still take part in one of our traineeships.

You can find out more about what we do by meeting some of our young people in our Case Studies.
