Digital Marketing – Duration and Delivery:
10 - 1 day taught seminar / month at our centre in The Custard Factory in Birmingham.
1 x 1:2:1 tutorial / month that alternate between in person and Skype sessions to provide bespoke advice & guidance.
Webinars and face to face seminars with industry professionals to complement a range of resources developed with them.
1 assignment / month and a professional and bespoke Digital Marketing Plan for your business that you can implement.
Award in Education & Training Level 3
The 12-credit programme will cover the following units:
Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training;
Understanding the principles and practices of assessment;
If you deliver any form of formal or informal learning activities and how no formal training in planning, delivering and assessing learning then this is the ideal introduction. It is designed as an introduction but will be valuable for those with some experience of delivering learning in a college, university, workplace or community setting. This is perfect for creative freelancers looking to expand their business into education.
Consider the context for safeguarding and protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults;
Acquire knowledge of a range of behaviours that constitute abuse and neglect and identify how abuse and neglect can affect children, young people and vulnerable adults;
Gain knowledge about how to report suspected abuse;
Identify best practice in safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults with regards to their own work.
There are numerous on-line courses that will provide and assess basic knowledge about safeguarding. Feedback we have received tells us that practitioners would welcome an opportunity to process this learning and explore the ‘what ifs’.

The session covers how to:
Identify what you have to offer customers
Understand who your customers are and what they need and expect
Explore how to meet, manage and, whenever possible, exceed customer expectations
