This role is ideal for someone with an accounts/finance administration or operations support background who is keen to pivot into marketing. You’ll take ownership of invoicing, payment tracking and client onboarding admin, while developing practical marketing skills over time (content scheduling, campaign coordination and basic reporting). It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, communication, and keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Big Wave Creations is a video-first social media agency helping businesses show what they do through engaging, social-first content. Working with brands across the Midlands, the business creates video and social media content that builds trust, captures attention and drives real business results.
