We, Edgbaston Wellbeing Clinic, are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Creation Apprentice to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will produce high-quality video and static content for our clinic's social media channels, marketing campaigns, and digital presence. You will learn to use industry-standard video production software and cutting-edge AI tools to create, edit, and optimise content that showcases our services and engages our audience.
This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training in video production, social media content strategy, and modern AI-powered content generation. You will develop practical skills whilst contributing directly to the clinic's digital marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create professional static content including before-and-after images, infographics, and promotional graphics
- Use AI-powered tools and software to generate, enhance, and repurpose content efficiently
- Edit raw footage into polished, branded content that aligns with clinic standards and style guidelines
- Optimise content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop treatment showcase videos and educational content
- Manage content calendars and maintain organised workflows for timely publication
- Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategy based on audience engagement
Required Skills & Qualities
- Passion for video production and digital content creation
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar) or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of or keen interest in learning AI-powered content tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, RunwayML, etc.)
- Strong creative eye and attention to visual aesthetic and brand consistency
- Understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific content strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Discretion and professionalism when handling healthcare-related content

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression.
