Things to consider:
Flexibility to work at different locations.
A typical working week, is 9-5 with evening shows a couple times per week (12-8pm for example), and sometimes a 1/2 a day over the weekend. However, evenings and weekends will be fairly split between the apprentice and Manager, and any extra time can be taken back. So flexibility really is important.
