About Cande Group

Cande Group is a creative production company producing films, animation, livestreams and digital content for clients across agriculture, education, public sector, corporate and live events. Since launching in 2021, we’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality content with a collaborative, down-to-earth approach.

As the business grows, we’re investing in our people, systems and processes. We’re looking for a motivated apprentice to help keep the operational side of the company organised, efficient and responsive.

The Role

This is more than a general admin role. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the business and help keep projects, people and information flowing smoothly behind the scenes.

Working closely with the Business Manager, Business Administrator, Company Director and Producer / Project Manager, you’ll support business administration, coordination and internal systems — helping ensure meetings are organised, information is accurate, actions are followed up, and internal processes stay on track.

You’ll complete the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, with training and support provided alongside your day-to-day role.

Key Responsibilities

Business operations & coordination

  • Provide reliable day-to-day administrative support across the business
  • Be a first point of contact for email and phone enquiries, responding professionally and passing messages on clearly
  • Help organise diaries, meetings, scheduling and internal coordination
  • Keep documents, records and internal trackers accurate and up to date
  • Support internal communication and collaboration across the team
  • Assist with office/studio administration to help the business run efficiently

Systems & process support

  • Support the administration of Monday.com, helping ensure tasks and requests are logged and tracked correctly
  • Help maintain operational systems, records and compliance documentation (e.g., supplier info, insurance renewals, asset tracking)
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and help the business work more efficiently

Project & production admin support

  • Support the Producer / Project Manager with project administration from planning through to delivery
  • Help coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, freelancers and project documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, resource planning and keeping project paperwork organised

Finance & people admin support

  • Support finance-related admin such as invoicing, supplier payments, expenses, reconciliations and credit control (with guidance)
  • Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration, holiday tracking and maintaining employee records
  • Prepare meeting notes, simple reports and key business documents
  • Help monitor actions, deadlines and follow-ups so nothing is missed

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Organised, dependable and keen to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

    Desirable (not required)

  • Any experience in admin, customer service, coordination or supporting a team (work, volunteering, college projects)
  • Interest in creative production / agency environments
  • Social media management experience

  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or accounting software (e.g., Xero)

    What You’ll Gain

  • A recognised Business Administrator Level 3 qualification

  • Practical experience supporting operations in a growing creative production company

  • Confidence using business systems, managing information and supporting internal coordination

The opportunity to grow into a valued long-term team member as the business expands

    Why Join Cande?

At Cande, you'll join a supportive and ambitious team delivering exciting projects across a wide range of sectors. This role offers genuine variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact on how the company operates day to day and, for the right person, the opportunity to help shape where Cande goes next as we continue to grow.
