Role

Disney Theatrical Group is currently recruiting a Production Video Intern for the London premiere of Disney’s Hercules. Are you interested in a career in backstage theatre roles? Are you curious about technology, video design or video programming?

The Video Department has 3 Production Video Engineers. This Internship offers hands on experience working alongside these engineers from day 1 of fit up through to opening night. Tasks include rigging the projectors and LED, running in all the system infrastructure and supporting the design team and programmers through technical rehearsals and previews. Prior video experience is not essential.

Skills Required

Enthusiasm to learn new skills
Ability to work to deadlines and effectively under pressure
Works well in a team and individually
Physically fit to work at height
Evening and weekend availability

Additional Information

Fixed Term Contract – 21st April – 24th June.
40 hours per week.
Weekend and evening work integral (Monday to Saturday show schedule).
This role will require the candidate to understand and follow the Health and safety rules & regulations at the production.
This role is offered with a competitive salary.
