About the Position:

The role-holder will carry out a unique, hybrid role, assisting two sister-departments within Administration. This provides an opportunity to learn about core building blocks of the Music Publishing business, from the initial song registration to income analysis and recovery.  The role-holder will be required to communicate/liaise with various internal stakeholders, use internal and external databases and demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.  A curious and analytical approach to work is fundamental to the success of this role.

About the Copyright Department:

The UK Copyright dept. serves to ensure Sony MP UK’s Copyrights are registered, monitored and protected both in the UK and overseas. This entails the assimilation and dissemination of information that is often data heavy, whereby attention to detail is of the highest importance. The team is also responsible for the protection of Sony MP’s non-UK copyrights in the UK market.

About the Tracking & Audit Department:

The UK Tracking & Audit dept. is tasked with three main objectives: Reviewing sources of income to identify potential underpayments in the UK market, managing client audit examinations from audit notice to completion, and providing analytical insight and in-depth analysis to the business.

Client Account Analysis and Contextual Tracking

Worldwide Advert Tracking
