Ideal for someone looking to begin their career in marketing and has some experience in marketing like managing social media accounts, creating content for events, other businesses or community events and with have a willingness to learn, progress and take responsibility.

We are a fast-paced business focused on growing through an increased investment in our marketing budget, which we hope to be driven through this apprenticeship opportunity and working in partnership with the Social Butterfly marketing consultancy.
Your ability to communicate clearly with others is crucial in this role. We require the successful candidate to be willing to contribute to the delivery of our KPIs and goals set each year on a multi-channel marketing approach.
Key responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Planning, creating, scheduling and reporting on our social media content.
- Create engaging content in line with their brand guidelines and expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials.
- Implement different marketing strategies to meet the needs of our business.
- Have an expert approach to using multi social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Create, implement and report back on multiple marketing campaigns.
- Deliver basic but effective graphic design work using platforms such as Canva and Adobe.
- Liaise directly with team members, partners and customers, advising on marketing output, design and creation.
- Maintenance of website along with analytics reporting.
- Take responsibility for internal communications with other supporting team members.
- Lead on our SMS marketing approach.
- Design and deliver our e-newsletters.
- Create and lead our full company wide marketing strategy including but not limited to; digital, email, print and flyers, in person events etc.
- Act as a marketing project manager for our internal departments.
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing multiple projects.
- Develop relations with key stakeholders and customer base
Requirements:
Maths and English GCSE – C/4 or above
Any marketing experience would be a big plus – Even exepreince around college or school projects where you did some social media, or ran events and had to get people there.
Or as part of other roles or helping family out.

You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice
(N.B. Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.)
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.

For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning and will include:
• Producing a written Report
• Portfolio of evidence based work
• Presentation and Q&A
• Professional Discussion based on Portfolio
