The CA Spotlight is something new we are bringing into 2025, recognising and celebrating individuals’ achievements within the company. Over the last 12 months, our team has grown significantly with so many talented people, we want to show appreciation for the fantastic work they have been doing for Creative Alliance. We take feedback from learners, employers, colleagues, the senior management team and the board to decide on who we will spotlight every other month. 

Jordan is our Marketing Assistant: Video Content. And he does so much more than that…. He’s also currently:

1. Building our Learner Hub;

2. Managing our website and supporting our IT infrastructure;

3. Delivering Creative Careers sessions with schools in Solihull;

4. Training apprenticeships on camera/light set up and using software such as After Effects. Jordan is very flexible with providing bespoke added value training to our apprentices.

5. AND: he’s just achieved a distinction on his Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship.
