Description:
The primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Use of Microsoft and Google software packages
- Answering the telephone
- Emails
- Finance tasks such as:
- Preparation of customer quotations and invoices
- Chasing up late payments via email or telephone
- Logging supplier invoices onto Quickbooks
- Bank reconciliation
- General admin tasks
- Ensuring the business project management tool is kept up to date
- Proof reading documents
- Supporting Directors with admin tasks and meeting prep
- Management of business holiday planner
- Involvement in and planning of team socials
- This role will involve working closely with employees in other functions and over time will become more independent as knowledge and experience grows.

Business Administration Level 3
