Description:

The primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Use of Microsoft and Google software packages
  • Answering the telephone
  • Emails
  • Finance tasks such as:
  • Preparation of customer quotations and invoices
  • Chasing up late payments via email or telephone
  • Logging supplier invoices onto Quickbooks
  • Bank reconciliation
  • General admin tasks
  • Ensuring the business project management tool is kept up to date
  • Proof reading documents
  • Supporting Directors with admin tasks and meeting prep
  • Management of business holiday planner
  • Involvement in and planning of team socials
  • This role will involve working closely with employees in other functions and over time will become more independent as knowledge and experience grows.

Business Administration Level 3
