My development coach has been great, as I have struggled in some instances, and he has continually helped me stay on track with my projects. I am happy as I have started to feel like I am getting somewhere with my work, and I have enjoyed my time as an apprentice.

Brilliant at every step of the way. We’ve been kept up to date with applications, screenings and been provided with a list of ready to interview candidates that would have taken us an age to compile. A lot of people coming into the marketplace we’re not as skilled as I would like them to have been. I realised that with an apprenticeship would be ideal as they could get training on the job. This would allow them to be taught the ARK way of learning
We are now on our 4th apprentice and it’s having a great impact. Not only is it bringing youth into the company, it’s brought a fresh perspective.
James keeps me up to date with news and other sources related to digital marketing, which is engaging and also continues to help me develop my knowledge. He always makes sure to check up regularly on how I am doing and feeling in my apprenticeship and I am happy.
The games industry is an incredibly hard industry to get into. Part of the reason for us taking on apprentices was to give young people the break they needed.
