WeWorkwear have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and organised Marketing Apprentice to join their team.

Working within the marketing department and alongside the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills across a broad range of marketing activities. This is a varied role that will provide hands-on experience in social media, website content, campaign support, internal communications, digital asset management, and wider marketing administration.

The apprentice will support the delivery of engaging content across digital platforms, assist with website updates including blogs and copy, help maintain internal communications, and contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The role will also involve supporting company and external events, managing product assets such as images and videos, responding to online customer reviews, and creating graphics in line with brand guidelines.

As part of the wider marketing team, the apprentice will be supported in developing practical skills in content creation, campaign coordination, communication, organisation, and digital marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in marketing who is keen to build experience in a busy and supportive working environment.

The role will involve:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
  • Assisting with website updates, blogs, and written copy
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Helping to manage digital assets including images and videos
  • Maintaining internal communications such as newsletters and notice boards
  • Assisting with company and external events
  • Managing responses to online customer reviews
  • Creating graphics and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team
  • Contributing ideas in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  • Supporting email marketing activity, including content creation and reporting

This role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong interest in marketing, good communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to stay organised while managing a range of tasks.

Requirements:

You need to have a GCSE in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above.

You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice

As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you help with planning, creating and implementing, impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the Marketing team, the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.

Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

For the Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship, there is an end point assessment. This is done in the final part of the apprenticeship and is how the apprentice is judged on their learning and will include: 

  • Producing a written Report
  • Portfolio of evidence based work
  • Presentation and Q&A
  • Professional Discussion based on Portfolio

Things to consider:
The role may involve occasional travel to company and external events, so candidates should be willing and able to travel where required. A driving licence may be advantageous.
Future prospects:
The successful candidate will gain practical experience across a wide range of marketing activities, including social media, website content, campaigns, internal communications, and digital asset management, while working towards a recognised Marketing apprenticeship qualification. This role will support the development of key skills in communication, organisation, creativity, and digital marketing, helping the apprentice build a strong foundation for a future career in marketing.
