The way we work with employers is simple. We do all the hard work for you. It’s not hard work for us though. We love what we do, and we’re good at it.
The principles of how we work are built on over 15 years of first-hand experience of how to get it right for the employer and the apprentice.
We’ve worked with Creative Alliance since BBJ&K was founded 7 years ago, as we believe in growing talent and shaping futures within our organisation. Creative Alliance offer great apprentices and manage them throughout the entire process to ensure they reach their potential. We’ve just taken on 3 new apprentices and have, in some instances, developed previous apprentices through to director level; so we really believe in the apprenticeship program.
I’ve actually just recommended one of our clients, look into an apprenticeship. As their business is growing, they’re realising that there are additional requirements. So yes, I do recommend it and have to our clients as well.
I’ve never been sold on the idea of online training seminars, that is until I attended my first one with Creative Alliance. These guys have lots of teaching and industry experience and they promoted the idea of conversation over simply reading off big speeches. They made the whole experience enjoyable and something I looked forward to, learning loads in the process.
