How we work?
The way we work with employers is simple. We do all the hard work for you. It’s not hard work for us though. We love what we do, and we’re good at it.
The principles of how we work are built on over 15 years of first-hand experience of how to get it right for the employer and the apprentice.
My development coach has been great, as I have struggled in some instances, and he has continually helped me stay on track with my projects. I am happy as I have started to feel like I am getting somewhere with my work, and I have enjoyed my time as an apprentice.
I knew university wasn’t going to be for me, so I decided to do an apprenticeship instead. Creative Alliance have really helped me with my confidence and employability skills.
We’ve worked with Creative Alliance since BBJ&K was founded 7 years ago, as we believe in growing talent and shaping futures within our organisation. Creative Alliance offer great apprentices and manage them throughout the entire process to ensure they reach their potential. We’ve just taken on 3 new apprentices and have, in some instances, developed previous apprentices through to director level; so we really believe in the apprenticeship program.
