Our latest Ofsted inspection praised the quality, innovation and impact of our training:

  • Apprentices develop a deep understanding of their industry and acquire the technical skills that they need to progress in their chosen sector.”
  • “The provider has an exemplary reputation and is an innovator in developing education programmes and creating work opportunities in the sector.”
  • “Development coaches have substantial industry experience, which they use well to provide apprentices and learners with current examples of work practices.”

The Behaviours and Attitudes of our learners was judged “Outstanding”. We work through, and not to, the requirements of apprenticeship standards. That’s why so many apprentices continue to work in the creative industries after completing their apprenticeship with us. We develop creative professionals.

We’ve always known this to be true, because the results our learners achieve speak for themselves.

Achievements That Sets the Standard

Our nationally publicised Qualification Achievement Rate data demonstrated that 98% of apprentices who completed between August ‘24 to July ‘25 achieved their apprenticeship and are now starting their careers in creative, digital and marketing roles.

Of these, 80% achieved Distinctions.

That places us in the top 10% of ALL apprenticeship training providers.

Beyond the numbers there are real impact stories, like Meg’s at OAC Marketing, who became an indispensable member of her team during her apprenticeship.

Closing the Skills Gap

The Department for Education reports that 33% of vacancies are caused by skills shortages, rising to 41% in professional roles and 31% in associate roles in the creative industries.

In 2025/26, we’re responding by expanding training for both career starters and career progressors:

We’re also working with employers to develop talent pipelines from entry-level to senior leadership, building teams with deep expertise and long-term impact.
