This innovative training provides both flexibility and depth. Curriculums are bonded together to create broader-knowledge modules that all learners do and then greater depth modules bolted on that build specialised learning.

FLEXIBLE • SPECIALISED • TAILORED
Modular Delivery is being implemented for our Multi-Channel Marketer, Ad & Media Executive, Content Creator and Production assistant apprenticeships.
Start on any month
Regardless of when the apprenticeship starts, with modular learning the apprentice joins a cohort of peers from different programmes within the same industry.
Enhanced Learning
With added value modules, the apprentice receives training specialised for their role, boosting up their level 3 base modules with specialised level 4 modules.
Broader Industry Knowledge
With different disciplines learning together, the training is amplified for better understanding and performance of the apprentice on the wider industry they work on.
How it works
Core Module Delivery
Apprentices will receive up to six months of regular training, one day a week. The first three weeks of each month they will learn alongside peers across other linked apprenticeship standards eg. Marketing and Content Creator. This allows all learners an expansive understanding of the sector.
On the last week of the month, apprentices receive one day’s training specific to their standard. This cycle repeats for the first six months of the apprenticeship.
For Example: A Content Creator apprentice, in months 1-6 of their apprenticeship they will attend seminars for one day in the first three weeks. This is alongside other marketing related apprentices. Then on the final week of the month be part of a seminar with Content Creator apprentices only.

Specialised Learning
Each learner will be able to add in individual added value modules e.g. Createch and AI. These added value modules will be on top of the core modules and create a breadth to the learning that is unique to the learner and their role. See below for the full list of the greater depth modules for each curriculum.
